Water & Sunscreen

A hands-on or interactive activity (not just a give away!). 
This can be targeted towards children, families or adults.
The event is geared towards families and inter-generational connections.
Information about your upcoming events or programs.

Vail Meet Yourself~Between the Tracks is held between the railroad tracks on the original town site.
We will be outdoors.
Electricity is VERY limited-if you need electricity contact us by September 10th.

Parking will be to the west behind the arena.

Look for the Welcome/Information Booth-your spot will be identified on the schematic.

Set-up is from 12:30-1:30.  We must be firm about this so as to not hold up the start of the parade.
We appreciate you not breaking-down early.

Between the Tracks PARADE IS AT 2:30 in the afternoon. LINE-UP at 1:45.

Directions from exit 270 – I10 and Kolb Rd. to the Vail Feed Store-Between the Tracks
13105 E. Colossal Cave Rd.  762-5301

Head east on I10 towards Benson about 14 miles from exit 270 (Kolb Rd. and I10)
Take Exit 279, turn north (left) towards Vail. The exit is called Vail/Wentworth/Colossal Cave Rd.
Continue north one mile.  The event is between the two sets of railroad tracks on the west side of the road.

UNLOADING-turn down Old Vail Road and pull in behind the Old Vail Post Office. Volunteers will direct you.

PARKING-turn down Old Vail Road to park behind the arena.  This is the dirt road on the north side of the Old Vail Post Office.
